Juval
Hiking towards Juval
- Along the Stava Waalweg trail: park in the lower Ciardes car park, follow the main street through the village until the Gasthof Himmelreich. From the Gasthof is a path going towards Stava on the Sonnenberg, and from there you reach the path leading to Ciardes, walking time 1.50 hours
- along the Ciardes Waalweg trail: park in the lower Ciardes car park, from there proceed until you reach the Ciardes square. Follow trail n. 3B until the Gasthof Valg, then take the path n. 3 towards Juval, walking time 2 hours,
- or from Stava, following the ‘Schnals valley path’, starting in front of the Stava Church, you go through the Stava vineyards, towards the chestnut groves, then proceed on the Sonnenberg towards the Gasthof Sonnenhof, until you reach the Juval castle.
- along the Ciardes Waalweg trail: park in the lower Ciardes car park, from there proceed until you reach the Ciardes square. Follow trail n. 3B until the Gasthof Valg, then take the path n. 3 towards Juval, walking time 2 hours,
